Stuart Lochhead Sculpture opens its new gallery on Old Bond Street coinciding with London Art Week in December 2024. Founded in 2018, Stuart Lochhead Sculpture has earned a reputation for excellence in the international art world, and its new home in this iconic location is fitting for its next step. Considered to be the heart of London’s art scene for over 150 years, Old Bond Street provides a perfect platform for the gallery’s vision of presenting Old Master sculptures in a striking, contemporary environment.

The gallery’s new space has been designed by the firm Kodai and Associates, whose practice draws on architect Yuichi Kodai’s Japanese heritage. In creating a unique setting for the presentation of sculpture ranging from the Renaissance to the early 20th century, Kodai and Associates balance elegance with a modern aesthetic that reflects both the gallery’s dedication to artistic legacy and its forward-looking approach.
